Keep this spirit in your freezer for quick cold cocktails!
Baby, it’s hot outside and we are here to help you beat the heat! Aquavit is an often overlooked cousin of gin that can be used to create refreshing, cold cocktails that will make the heat a little more bearable. Aquavit is a bold, tasty alternative that pairs well with barbequed or roasted meats or savory crackers and cheese.
Traditionally flavored with caraway or dill, Blackfish Aquavit is made with real, whole caraway seeds and star anise providing a light licorice start with a smooth caraway finish. You can start your cocktail journey simply with a Blackfish Aquavit and Tonic, or a Nordic Greyhound made with aquavit and grapefruit juice. Aquavit loves to be paired with fruity flavors! Lime is a great companion. Have fun, be adventurous and keep that aquavit in the freezer for quick cold cocktails.
