Picture yourself sipping on a drink that tantalizes your senses with the comforting aroma of freshly baked apple pie and maple. The subtle undertones of real cinnamon and hand ground spices, and lemon add a touch of complexity and brightness, taking your taste buds on a delightful journey. A touch of maple syrup nicely rounds out the symphony of flavors.

You'll need:

Blackfish Apple Pie Whiskey

A lemon

Maple Syrup

An egg (optional for a frothy top)

Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish

Cocktail Shaker
Strainer
Glass

2 oz Blackfish Apple Pie Whiskey
1/2 oz Grade A Maple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Jiuce (About 1 lemon, squeezed)
1 Egg (Optional but recommended for a great mouthfeel)
1 dash cinnamon or nutmeg (garnish)

Shake the whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white (if using)vigorously without ice.
Add ice and shake again
Strain into a highball glass
garnish with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
