The trail links Tukwila, Kent, Auburn, Algona, and Pacific and offers awesome views of farms and migrating ducks and geese this time of year. The distillery is just a block east of the trail on 37th in Auburn. You can swing by for a taste and a tour!

Picture yourself sipping on a drink that tantalizes your senses with the comforting aroma of freshly baked apple pie and maple. The subtle undertones of real cinnamon and hand ground spices, and lemon add a touch of complexity and brightness, taking your taste buds on a delightful journey. A touch of maple syrup nicely rounds out the symphony of flavors.

You'll need:

Blackfish Apple Pie Whiskey

A lemon

Maple Syrup

An egg (optional for a frothy top)

Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Glass
  • 2 oz Blackfish Apple Pie Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Grade A Maple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Jiuce (About 1 lemon, squeezed)
  • 1 Egg (Optional but recommended for a great mouthfeel)
  • 1 dash cinnamon or nutmeg (garnish)
  1. Shake the whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white (if using)vigorously without ice.

  2. Add ice and shake again

  3. Strain into a highball glass

  4. garnish with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
