Blackfish Black Tea Liqueur - A Not-So-Sweet Tea Liqueur
You might remember Blackfish Sweet Tea Liqueur. We kept the recipe the same but changed the name to better reflect the flavor. We use real tea leaves and sweeten just enough to evoke the malted flavor of the grains in our whiskey, giving a pleasant, light, and refreshing flavor. Pour over ice, mix with lemonade, or add to your favorite cocktail to enjoy the unique flavors of malted corn, barley and chocolate rye.

We make our tea with an Irish Breakfast Blend from World Spice and our own White Whiskey. The natural smoky sweetness of the blend along with a hint of sugar complements the flavors of the whiskey the same way that barrel aging does.
Using pure leaf tea makes for a great homemade sweet tea flavor that can be enjoyed over ice or in a cocktail.
