It’s finally looking a lot like summer out there and you don’t want to get caught without a couple of bottles of Sweet Tea for some simple iced tea cocktails! Our sweet tea, bottled at 17% ABV is perfect poured straight out of the bottle over ice, or add a couple of ounces to a glass of lemonade or peach nectar on ice…simple and delicious!

So, get in here quick and taste the excellence that is our Sweet Tea. It truly is a unique flavor that will not disappoint. Keep a bottle in the fridge, ready for you at the end of the day or when friends drop by on the weekend.

Whiskey and Tea – Happy Together!

The guys made some fresh, Sweet Tea just last week. It is impressive watching them work. They always discuss the plan first; timing and portions are critical to ensure a consistently smooth and tasty tea. They are diligent about ensuring you get the best flavors and experience and they make everything from scratch with the best ingredients, watching every step of production with a critical eye.

To make our Sweet Tea, we brew tea leaves we buy from World Spice Merchants here in Seattle (because quality counts!) and and sweeten it just enough to evoke the malted flavor of the grains in our White Whiskey. EVERYTHING we make at Blackfish is created by hand, in-house.

Need recommendations for outdoor dining now that summer truly is here? Check out Airways Brewing Bistro Garden in Kent! Their food is amazing and their outdoor patio is cool and quiet. And in addition to their great beers (the Sky Hag IPA is my fave!), you can find our spirits on their creative cocktail menu! Highly recommended.
