- 1 Strainer
- 1 Glass Highball or Coupe
Materials
- 2 oz Blackfish Apple Pie Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Grade A Maple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Jiuce About 1 lemon, squeezed
- 1 Egg Optional but recommended for a great mouthfeel
- 1 dash cinnamon or nutmeg garnish
Instructions
- Shake the whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white (if using)vigorously without ice.
- Add ice and shake again
- Strain into a highball glass
