You’ll need:
A lemon
Maple Syrup
An egg (optional for a frothy top)
Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
- Glass
- 2 oz Blackfish Apple Pie Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Grade A Maple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice (About 1 lemon, squeezed)
- 1 Egg (Optional but recommended for a great mouthfeel)
- 1 dash cinnamon or nutmeg (garnish)

Shake the whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white (if using) vigorously without ice.
