Make a Minty Whipped Cream Topping
If you want a green St Patrick’s Day cocktail, you can simply add green food coloring, or you can whip up a delicious green crème de menthe topping! The ingredients are simple: 2 ounces of crème de menthe, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, and 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
We definitely recommend a whipped cream dispenser or an electric mixer. If you don’t have one of these, grab a big mixing bowl and a big whisk and start whipping! You’ll end up with an emerald green topping that’s great on cocktails or desserts!
