Distilled from a mash of corn, barley, rye, and chocolate rye, Blackfish Straight Bourbon is aged for at least 2 years in new, medium char American Oak barrels. Our Straight Bourbon is absolutely delicious. time spent in the barrel has mellowed our White Whiskey into a smooth, flavorful, oaky bourbon. The rye in the mash comes through as a light spiciness with notes of toffee and a chocolate finish
