Sweet tea with whiskey – Hot Toddy
Sweet tea with whiskey makes for a delicious blend, and this time we brewed the tea for you!
Craving a unique and tasty winter beverage? Try mixing sweet tea with whiskey, an easy to prepare and refreshing drink that’s sure to hit the spot. In only a few minutes, you can whip up this delicious combination of tea, honey, and whiskey. Or try it with some flavored simple syrup to spice things up.
Gather your ingredients
You’ll need 2 ounces of Blackfish Black Tea Liqueur, 1 tbsp of honey, ½ ounce of lemon juice, and one cup of hot water.
Combine the Ingredients
Bring your water to a boil. Add water to your mug but leave enough room for the Sweet Tea, Honey, and Lemon Juice. Stir in the honey to dissolve it, then add the Sweet Tea and lemon juice. You can also add a cinnamon stick or a lemon wedge for a little extra flavor.

- Kettle or Pot
- Mug
- 2 oz oz Blackfish Black Tea Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Hot Water
Optional Ingredients
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Lemon Wedge
Bring your water to a boil
Add Honey to your mug
Add Hot Water. Leave enough room for the Black Tea Liqueur and Lemon Juice
Stir in the honey until it has dissolved
Add the Sweet Tea and Lemon Juice
Optional: Drop in the Cinnamon Stick or Lemon Wedge for more flavor
